Sofi Mdivnishvili is an analogue photographer based in Tbilisi, Georgia. She began her photography practice years ago and currently works as a freelance photographer.
Her work explores social, gender, and sexuality-related themes, with a strong focus on women’s experiences and identity. Film photography encouraged her to develop a deeper awareness of her surroundings and to approach each image thoughtfully and intuitively. Alongside photography, she combines her passion for writing with visual storytelling, addressing contemporary issues in Georgia.
