Dina Oganova is a Georgian documentary photographer, educator, and bookmaker based in Tbilisi. Her long-term projects focus on women’s and girls’ rights, as well as social and political issues in Georgia and other post-Soviet countries.
She has received numerous international awards, including the European Union Prize for Journalism (2017, 2022), and was the first Georgian photographer selected for the World Press Photo Joop Swart Masterclass (2013). Her work has been exhibited worldwide and recognized by institutions such as Magnum Photos and PDN.
Dina is the author of the handmade photobook My Place, held in museum collections including the Metropolitan Museum of Art. Her notable long-term projects include I Am Georgia, Frozen Waves, #MeToo, and Mother Ukraine.
